The lack of a phone in the room for room service is baffling!!! Having to repeatedly go to the front desk for basic items like tissues is unacceptable!!! The noise from adjacent office rooms is distracting!!!

Brilliant place with amiable and very very helpful staff. Climate control, an individual safe, and an electronic key card available in the double room. The beds very comfy. Public parking nearby provided. Not to mention fast wifi! Good overall experience.

The location was amazing! It was super central, with everything within walking distance. The spacious Superior Double Room was clean and had a great view. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Parking garage right in front of the place was convenient 😊

it was a convenient base for our very relaxing stay. the personnel where amiable. this hotel had a very central position right in the centre of town. we had early meal in leberkas-pepi, based nearby.

With a amazing location just steps from the main square, this hotel impresses with its modern rooms and attentive staff. Breakfast is excellent-immediately responsive to your needs! A garage nearby makes parking convenient for travelers. Just note that air conditioning can be a bit limiting on hotter days.

The excellent position allowed easy access to the square, perfect for catching trams. The superior double room offered ample space and a pleasant courtyard view. Breakfast was delicious with nice touches like complimentary bread, but the air conditioning was annoyingly set at a standard limit was nice.

Motel one linz-hauptplatz is right in the heart of the city. The superior double room was spacious and had a nice view of the courtyard. The breakfast was delicious, offering great variety, which I really enjoyed.

Recommend it for solo travelers
I've stayed there multiple times and each time I walked into the breakfast area, the staff knew my coffee order right away. The attention to detail was excellent, especially when they surprised me with a fresh croissant when they saw me finish my first one.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but reasonable given the quality.
